Add Public Service Event Forum?

As our club continues to engage in Public Service Events, it might it be useful to have a forum specifically for parades, marathons, bike-a-thons, and other public forums.

I could not see how to add one, so I'm assuming it's an administrator item.

A seperate forum for "Education" might also be very useful.
